  • A 20-minute quiet one-on-one moment with the bride to settle the nervous system and step into the ceremony calm, clear and connected.

  • A 30 to 45-minute gentle movement and breathwork session for the bride and chosen circle to release nerves, set intentions and arrive fully in the day.

  • A 45 to 60-minute group grounding and movement experience for guests — perfect for beach, desert and retreat-style weddings.
